Lanita Varshell: Lanita has been teaching body positive yoga and private healing sessions full-time since 1996. She owned a San Diego yoga studio for over 20 years, and was one of the pioneers of plus-size and adaptive yoga. She trains students and teachers in Zoom classes, workshops and retreat settings.
